Hello and welcome to Caroline Vintage. Here you will find an variety of items including apparel and shoes, jewelry, home products miscellany and antiquity items and paper goods. The items in this shop are either one of a kind, ready to ship or made to order. If you have any questions about any products, feel free to contact me.
Payment
We accept Paypal. After your payment has been fully processed, your item will be shipped. Once you pay through Paypal, please keep in mind that your transaction will need to be completed by logging into your account at the Paypal website.
Shipping
We ship items on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week using US First Class Parcel Post. You will have the option to upgrade your order to include insurance, Priority or Express services for an additional fee (please contact us at [email protected] for more information).
Refunds and Exchanges
We do accept refunds within 45 days of purchase for all items. After the item(s) are returned to Caroline Vintage, a full refund to your Paypal account will be issued. We accept one time exchanges for certain items in the shop that are of equal value and/or quantity. Due to quality control Bath and Body items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Customized items also cannot be exchanged.
